Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2005

The Amendment Regulation makes changes to the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 2008 and the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulation 2003 (PDF, 692 KB), to provide more guidance for employers and workers on how to manage risk in workplaces and reduce duplication between national and state safety regulations.
