National Industrial Relations Conference - Restoring the balance

Queensland hosted the 2007 national industrial relations conference – the third conference in the ‘Fair Go’ series’ on 11 September 2007.

After 18 months since the introduction of WorkChoices, this conference offered practitioners and policy-makers the latest research findings about the reality of WorkChoices; its impact on fairness and productivity and explored ways to restore the balance.
