Electrical work training permits

Electrical work training permit allows a person to undertake particular training and gain the specific experience needed to meet the eligibility requirements for an electrical work licence.

Permit holders may be required to complete a structured on-the-job program, coordinated by a supervising registered training organisation(s).

The following persons do not require a permit to complete training:

Apply for an electrical work training permit (PDF, 106KB).

Apply for your electrical work licence on the application for electrical work licence once you have acquired relevant experience.
